RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns on most items within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Damage Claims: In case of damage claims, we may ask for pictures of the damaged product before it is approved or allowed for return.
Non-returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including:
– Personalized or customized items.
– Items bought on offer (Buy 1 Get 1, End of Season Sale, Etc)
– Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any return request. Our decision regarding the refusal or cancellation shall be final and binding on the parties and you further agree not to hold us liable for any refusal or cancellation.

Refunds

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order or the item is defective.
Bank account details provided by the customer would be final and any error in the details provided by the customer would not be our responsibility.

Exchanges

We only accept one exchange per order. Exchanged products will not be eligible for further returns or exchanges.
All Products/Sizes are subject to availability.
Exchange Process: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We will guide you through the exchange process.
When processing an exchange, we require that the selected product is of equal or higher value than the original item. If you’ve chosen a product of lower value, we will issue a credit note for the difference amount as a refund. This coupon can be applied towards your next order with us.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
A cancellation charge of ₹50 per order will be applied.

How to Initiate a Return

Online Returns: To initiate a return, log in to your account on our website and go to the “Order History” section. Select the order containing the item you wish to return and follow the instructions.
Email Returns: Please contact our customer service team at help@blancessentials.in to initiate a return. To ensure a smooth process, please return items in unworn and undamaged condition.

Return Shipping

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Issues: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within a day of receiving the product..

Refund Timeline

Processing Time: Refunds may take some time to process, depending on your payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
